Present petition is against the order dated 23rd January, 2014, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latur in Cri. M. A. No. 505 of 2013, thereby granting interim maintenance of Rs. 6,000/- p.m. to the respondent No. 1.

The petitioner is working as a malaria officer and drawing substantial salary. The maintenance as ordered of Rs. 6,000/- p.m., in my opinion, is sufficient looking to the earnings of the present petitioner. 3.

In view of above, no case for interference is called for in extraordinary jurisdiction. Writ Petition fails and stands dismissed. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) sjk
