Learned A.G.P. submits that the order impugned in the present Writ Petition has been withdrawn.

In view of that the purpose of the Writ Petition stands served.

Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel further submits that Respondents be directed to pay compensation to the petitioners for the wrong action. For that purpose, the petitioners may initiate such proceedings as may be permissible in law.

If there is no other impediment, the Respondents may take steps to pay remaining 5% amount of the compensation detained by them expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
