Both parties present before the Court. They have settled the dispute amicably by way of settlement deed. Settlement deed is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Both parties are agreeable to the terms of settlement.

The appellant-husband has impugned the judgment and decree of divorce. However, these parties do not want to disturb the divorce decree. Apart from that, they wanted to put on record the settlement terms.

Hence the family court appeal is disposed of with direction

2 fca 10.22 to the Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to modify the decree by adding the terms of settlement deed. Copy of settlement deed be sent to the Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad.
