Mr. Patil, the learned Addl. G. P. on instructions states that within one month from today the committee would decide the proceeding. The vigilance is already concluded. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 16th November, 2017. If the committee does not decide within one month as undertaken by it, the court would be constrained to take a serious view of the matter.
