By the common order dated 4th April, 2022, the time of two weeks for removing office objections was granted, failing which the registration would stand refused without further reference to the Court of Registrar (Judicial).

Learned counsel for the Applicants-Petitioners submits that the due to some miscommunication with the applicants-petitioners, the counsel for the applicants-petitioners was unable to remove the office objections and seeks further time to remove the said office objections. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 216 days caused in filing the present civil application for restoration is condoned. Time to remove the office objections is extended by a sa_mandwgad
