1) The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2) In light of that though Mr. Patnoorkar the learned counsel sought to canvass submissions of merits we are not inclined to consider the same.
