The applicant herein who is an accused in Crime No. 183 of 2021 registered at Shiradhon Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506, 141, 143, 148 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and under Section 3 (1) (r) and 3

(1) (r) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, had filed an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court. The learned Sessions Court rejected his application for anticipatory bail.

The appeal was filed challenging the order rejecting anticipatory bail application by the Sessions Court. This Court initially granted interim anticipatory bail to the present applicant by

Thereafter, on 14.12.2021 appeal was withdrawn and it was dismissed as such.

The present application is filed seeking extension of interim anticipatory bail on the ground that there is marriage of sister of the applicant on 26.12.2021. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the father of the applicant is not physically fit and thus the entire responsibility of the marriage is on the shoulder of the present applicant. It is submitted that the applicant undertakes to surrender before the concerned police on 30th December, 2021. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant shall not be arrested in aforesaid crime till 27.12.2021. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station every day, till 27.12.2021, in between 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. The application is disposed of. ( N.R. BORKAR ) JUDGE mahajansb/
