Learned counsel for the applicants withdrew this application to the extent of applicant nos. 1 to 3. He pressed this application seeking quashing of F.I.R. and complaint against applicant nos. 4 to 9 who are related to accused no.1 / husband, but, admittedly, do not stay with applicant no.1 and his immediate family. The complainant herself stated that she stayed with applicant nos. 1 to 3. She suffered husband over demands of dowry mainly from accused nos. 1 to 3. There is hardly any material against applicant nos. 4 to 9 since they do not stay at Chopda where incident took place. We are inclined to allow this application to the

2 CriApln 6211/2015 extent of applicant nos. 4 to 9. In view of this, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
