Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. Perused the allegations in the F.I.R. and also the investigation papers. The learned A.P.P. informs that statements of witnesses have been recorded. It is transpired during investigation that there was road and the Applicants have caused damage to the said road. 2.

In our opinion, when prima facie ingredients of the alleged offence have been disclosed, it needs further investigation. Hence, at this stage, prayer for quashing the F.I.R. cannot be considered. The Application stands rejected.
