The civil application has been filed by respondent No.5 from the writ petition, seeking vacation of the interim relief granted by way of order dated 06.02.2019.

As can be seen, in fact, the matter is awaiting hearing on admission. It is also conspicuous that the order granting interim relief was passed after hearing the arguments even on behalf of respondent No.5. There could be variety of reasons why he is anxious to get the writ petition disposed of as early as possible. However, once this court having granted the interim relief after hearing the parties, such civil application for vacating it is liable to be rejected and is accordingly rejected.
