In both these petitions, the identically placed petitioners pray that respondent No.2 should decide their pending proposals dated 4th October, 2021 and 30th August, 2021, respectively, for approving their transfers from non-aided category to the aided post of Lab Assistant.

The learned AGPs representing respondent No.2 submit that after following the due procedure laid down in law and by considering the provisions applicable, an order would be passed, on or before 28th February, 2023.
