We are informed that the Incharge Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune namely Smt.S.V.Tarar would be handling the case involving these parties. The application for interim relief, Exh.5 is posted for hearing on 18.05.2022.

In view of the above, we direct that the hearing of the application from 18.05.2022 should be concluded latest by 19.05.2022 and the learned Officer shall deliver an order on or before 27.05.2022. Copies of the order shall be kept ready for delivery to the parties on payment of requisite fees.
