1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to the letter addressed by the applicant to the Assistant Police Sub Inspector, Camp Police Station, Ahmednagar. He submits that though the petitioner went for medical examination on 13th May, 2016, however, one Dr. Shevante, R.M.O., asked her to come on 16th May, 2016. It further appears that though the alleged offence came to be registered on 10th May, 2016, till date the investigation is not concluded. We are of the prima facie opinion that the concerned I.O. is not diligent in conducting the investigation. Therefore, we direct the respondent No.2 to entrust the investigation in this matter to some other police officer for further investigation, Needless to mention that the Officer who will be appointed by the respondent No.2, will cause further investigation in addition to investigation already caused by the earlier I.O.,within a period of two weeks.
