ORAL ORDER (Per Sanjay A. Deshmukh, J) :- 1.

These are the applications for quashing of the First Information Report (FIR), being Crime No.189 of 2023 registered with Police Station, Dharur, Tq. Dharur, Dist. Beed for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

The parties have settled their dispute amicably and informant has filed her affidavit in support of it, which is marked as Annexure X-1. Informant is present. Considering fact that the parties have settled their disputes amicably, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
