This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.02 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take decision on the proposal tendered by respondent no.04 - institution, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today, and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
