After having heard Mr. Bhalerao, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 and going through the affidavit in reply, the notice issued to respondent No.1 is hereby withdrawn. 2.

From the affidavit in reply, it is evident that the petitioners need to make representation to Jaikwadi Irrigation Division, Nathnagar North, Paithan, District Aurangabad. The said authority shall decide the representation made by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said

It is made clear that this order is being passed without the said authority being party to the writ petition wherein the order of which the contempt is alleged to have been made, was passed. 4.

In view of the above, both the contempt petitions stand disposed of.
