This application is filed by father of deceased Latabai Prabhakar Shinde with two fold prayers, firstly, to permit the applicant to assist the Assistant Public Prosecutor during the course of hearing of the Criminal Appeal and, secondly, seeks directions to the appellant to add present applicant - Sudam Rama Makode as party respondent in Criminal Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and stands disposed of.
