This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Award.

Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that, there was accident between two vehicles i.e. Truck and van. The truck was insured with present appellant and van was insured with respondent No. 8. He further submits that, the respondent No. 8 has deposited 50% amount of compensation before the Tribunal.

In view of the above, the execution and operation of the impugned Award is stayed on the condition that the appellant shall deposit remaining 50% amount of compensation in this Court within a 1/2

13 stay.odt period of six weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of.
