It is being pointed out that in fact the connected three Contempt Petitions i.e. Contempt Petition No. 780 of 2023 in Writ Petition No. 11033 of 2010, Contempt Petition No. 781 of 2023 in Writ Petition No. 11035 of 2010 and Contempt Petition No. 797 of 2023 in Writ Petition No. 11037 of 2010, were listed before this Court on 03 January 2024 and were disposed of in as much as the directions were duly complied with. Since this matter was not listed on that day, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that a similar order disposing of the present Contempt Petition can be passed.

In view of the compliance of the directions of this Court, nothing survives, the petition is disposed of. 4.

It would always be open for the petitioners to challenge the decision refusing permission.
