Learned advocate for the appellant states that during the pendency of this appeal, the charge-sheet in the instant crime is filed before learned Sessions Court. He, therefore, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file an application before the Sessions Court for regular bail. 2.

Permission granted. This Criminal Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

Needless to state, this Court has not observed anything on merits of the matter and learned Sessions Court shall not be influenced by withdrawal of this appeal and also by liberty granted by this Court.
