Proposals of the petitioners are pending with the scrutiny committee for verification of the tribe claims. The parties are unanimous that the vigilance enquiry has been conducted in case of petitioner in writ petition no. 13199 of 2023. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioners in writ petition no. 13200 of 2023 submits that the very same vigilance report would be adopted by the petitioner being from the same family and even his proposal can be decided simultaneously or independently by extending him opportunity to respond to the vigilance report.

The petitioners in both the petitions shall appear before the committee on 25.10.2023 and shall be served with a copy of the report. They may file reply within a week thereafter. 4.

The committee shall thereafter decide the proposals of the petitioners finally within four weeks thereafter. 5.

Both the petitions are disposed of.
