At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for amendment to the petition. It is submitted that though in the very opening paragraph of the petition there is a reference to the property and the same is situated at Shahada, Tal Shahada, Dist.Nandurbar, the area in which the property is situated is not referred to. The property is in the area Mauje Mohide, Shahada. This was only an inadvertent error. The petitioner be permitted to amend paragraphs 1 and 2 and prayer clause (A), is the submission. The oral prayer allowed amendment may carried out forthwith. 2.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 15th March, 2019.
