The present first appeal is filed by the Insurance Company on the ground of contributory negligence.

The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company submits that there is some doubt as regards amount with regard to the minor respondent has already been withdrawn. The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that amount in the name of minor is kept in fixed deposit by this Court in terms of their shares. 3.

The application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties. The claimant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount

932 CA 12779-2023 deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. Withdrawal is granted as per their respective shares granted by the Tribunal. In view of the above, application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
