Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The complainant was major at the time of the incident. It has been alleged against the applicant that he posed himself as a Hindu. Hence, she developed love relations with him. However, on the day of marriage, she learnt that the applicant is non Hindu, that time, the applicant asked her now she learnt that he is non Hindu now marry him. In the mean time, the police came there and both of them were apprehended. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant, it may be a case of conversion. As per the Government Notification, the applicant had changed his first name like

949-BA.2007-22.odt Hindu. Be that as it may, the material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. However, to protect the interest of the victim, some conditions may be imposed. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant MUSDIK SHAFIK MANIYAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.543 of 2022, registered by Police Station Georai, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 419, 420, 506 of the IPC, on the conditions not to contact any way with the victim, her family and other relatives, the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses, he shall attend the Police Station as and when called by Investigating Officer on written notice till the filing of charge sheet.
