The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of MSRTC submits that out of total amount, amount of Rs.13,78,218 is already withdrawn by the applicant and only balance amount is near about Rs.3,12,000/- approximately.

In view of the substantial withdrawal, the application for further withdrawal of amount cannot be granted. The application for withdrawal of amount stands rejected and disposed of. 4.
