The petitioners have been paid arrears of salary in terms of 6th Pay Commission and as per statement made on record in order dated 21st February, 2018. For any other additional amount, the petitioners may have recourse to appropriate remedies. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that since the payment has been made after five years of passing of the order, the petitioners are entitled for interest on the said amount. For this also they may approach the appropriate forum. 1 / 2
