The petitioner is requesting to consider his extended period of furlough of 14 days granted prior to 23rd April, 2012 for seeking premature release from jail.

Considering the above, the Secretary, Home Department (Prisons) / competent authority shall consider the prayer of petitioner for considering his extended period of furlough of 14 days granted prior to 23rd April, 2012 for seeking premature release, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 15 days, on its own merits in accordance with law and notification.
