Learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed on record copy of letter dated 11.11.2025 addressed by the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur to Education Officer, respondent no.3 thereby granting permission to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth ID. Said letter is marked "X" for identification purpose.

By clause (v) in the order, direction was given to respondent no.3 as follows :- "(v) After processing petitioner's salary bills as per admissible grant-in-aid, balance amount of salary shall be paid by Respondent nos.4 and 5 to petitioner within the period of three months from date of receipt of communication of quantum determined by respondent no.3."

We direct respondent no.3 to carryout this exercise within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Failure on the part of respondent no.3 to carryout this exercise will be treated as aggravated form of contempt. 5.

With this direction, contempt petition is disposed of. 6.
