The petitioners seek alternate land on the ground of rehabilitation. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that application has been forwarded to the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) by the respondent No. 6.

In case, application is pending with respondent No. 5 (page no. 23), then the same shall be considered and respondent No. 5 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
