The petitioner claims to be a feeding mother. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the child is of six months. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has applied on 30.09.2019 for considering the case of the petitioner for transfer of the petitioner at convenient place. The same is not yet decided.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, it is for the Chief Executive Officer to take decision upon it and consider the case of the petitioner as a feeding mother.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of intimation of this order to him
