ORDER:- IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6329 OF 2023 :

Learned Counsel Mr. S.B. Patil requested to discharge his appearance, since he is no more on the Panel of appellant Acquiring Body. As such, his appearance on behalf of Acquiring Body stands discharged and appearance of learned Counsel Mr. Nangare in his place is taken on record. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant requested to delete respondent Nos. 4 to 6 since they are consenting party and he has already filed Vakalatnama on their behalf in the main appeal. As such, the names of respondent Nos.4 to 6 are permitted to be deleted. Deletion be carried out forthwith.

The applicant is seeking permission to bring herself on record in the appeal being the legal representative of respondent No.4 Mangal Pramod Ingle, who admittedly died on 21.02.2020, by condoning the delay of 207 days. 5.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

The appellant - Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 7349 OF 2021 :

Since the appellant Acquiring Body has deposited compensation amount as directed by this Court, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
