The applicants, who are the original defendants are seeking condonation of delay of 86 days in filing civil revision application in respect of rejection of their application under Order VII Rule XI of CPC.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application, but for the reasons stated in the application and a short period of delay, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B, subject to cost of Rs.500/- be paid to Advocate Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.
