The petitioners have approached the Court after 40 years. The father of the petitioners was alive upto 1998, he did not take any step. It is the contention of the petitioners that, the compensation is not received. For the first time, the grievance is made by the petitioners in the year 2018.

The present petition defies reasonableness.

In light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. 4.

The petitioners if they so desire shall prosecute their case with the respondent.
