Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Ingole, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the Municipal Corporation is in process of preparing the maps and designs. As and when the maps and designs are prepared, the same would be handed over to the petitioner on petitioner paying the necessary charges. 3.

The said statement is accepted.

As far as the contention of the petitioner about allotment of the shop is concerned, the petitioner may make representation to the Municipal Corporation, which would be considered by the Municipal Corporation on its own merits at the relevant time.
