We have heard Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the elections of the Societies be held prior to the elections of the Banks. The affidavit-in-reply is filed by respondent nos.2 to 4, wherein it is stated that as far as 225 Societies are concerned, Board of Directors are continued and programme for the preparation of the voters list is published on 13-12-2021 of the respondent no.5 - Bank. The objections are received.
