ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited my attention to the order dated 7th September, 2014, passed by the Division Bench of this Court and submits that the election programme of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee is declared vide notification dated 30th December, 2014 and the last date for submission of nomination form is 14th January, 2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted liberty by an order dated 17th December, 2014 to move for interim order, if occasion arises and as such, he submits that there is urgency in the matter.

Perusal of the order dated 17th December, 2014 reflects that the notice in the matter is made returnable on 6th January, 2015. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the last date for filing of nomination is 14th January, 2015, this Court is not inclined to pre-pone the hearing of the matter from 6th January, 2015 to 31st December, 2014. 5.
