1] This is a writ petition filed on behalf of petitioner, making a statement that after respondent Nos. 5 to 8 were released on emergency parole which was granted by this court vide common judgment dated 11.1.2021, in W.P. No. 1673 of 2020, while they are on parole, they have committed fresh offence under Sections 307, 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of IPC and an offence bearing FIR No. 177 of 2021 is registered with Police Station, Sonkhed, on 19.10.2021. 2] On a pointed query made to the learned counsel for the petitioner about the further progress of this Crime No. 177 of 2021 registered at Police Station, Sonkhed, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents who are accused in the said crime are absconding. In that view of the matter, we pass the following order :- : O R D E R :

[a] Writ petition is disposed of.
