The learned counsel for the applicants claimants undertakes to remove all the ofce objections, if any, forthwith.

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of their compensation amounts which has been deposited by the State- acquiring body. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that exorbitant compensation is granted by the reference court which is nearly six times than the compensation granted by the SLAO.

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of their respective deposited amount alongwith the proportionate interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amounts be invested in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till fnal disposal of these appeals.
