PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would shift to alternate accommodation provided by the Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks from today.

The statement made is accepted.

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent-Municipal Corporation agrees to supply plans and designs to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

4 The petitioner shall approach the office of Municipal Corporation and secure copies of necessary plans. So far as apprehension of the petitioner in respect of allotment of shops is concerned, it would be open for the petitioner to make appropriate representation at an appropriate stage to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation for redressal of his grievance. In the event of occurrence of any fresh cause, liberty to the petitioner to approach
