Dated : January 28, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant No. 2 and the learned APP for the respondents-State. The application of applicant No. 1 is withdrawn on 3.12.2024.

The applicant No.2 is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 312/2024 dated 5.10.2024 registered with Ramanand Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under sections 352, 351(2), 3(5), 118(1), 115(2) of B.N.S. 2023.

This Court vide order dated 3.12.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicant No. 2.

Today, the learned APP has produced the medical papers of the injured and submits that the applicant No. 2 has also assaulted the complainant on his face by weapon 'fighter' and corresponding injury is caused to the informant which is noted as grievous. The learned APP submits that there are three eye witnesses to the incident and there are criminal antecedents against the applicant.

Considering the same, I hold that no case is made out for grant of

ABA 1934/34 anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant. The application of applicant No. 2 is dismissed.

It is clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
