The learned Advocate for the petitioner sought instructions and submits that the petitioner would contemplate filing of a separate suit and this petition may be disposed off as withdrawn.

Needless to state, the impugned order dated 09/08/2019 shall not be an impediment in the path of the petitioner if she chooses to file an independent suit, if so permissible in law.
