This Court, while disposing of Misc. Civil Application No. 140/2014 by order dated 28th January, 2015, directed the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, to decide the matrimonial proceeding expeditiously.

It is reported by the District Court, Ahmednagar that the matter was prescribed for crossexamination of PW2 on 3rd December, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the crossexamination of PW2 is over and the evidence of other witnesses is yet to be recorded.

In the facts of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with directions to the Trial Court to decide the matrimonial proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.
