Mr. Parag Barde, learned advocate tenders across power on behalf of the petitioners in the matter annexing along with the same photo copies of communications issued by petitioners to their erstwhile advocate cancelling his power. He further refers to that said communication has also been submitted to the office of Registrar, High Court, Aurangabad.

Learned advocates on either side state that the parties have arrived at settlement and have reduced the same into writing referring to the same as "consent terms". Learned advocates further state that the terms of compromise are lawful and are neither forbidden by any law nor are opposed to public
{2} wp932-14 policy. It has further been submitted that the terms are not oppressive to any of the parties. The terms have been understood and appreciated by the parties. The terms and its implications have been explained to the parties and thereafter they have accepted the same.

Learned advocates state that the parties are present in the court and they identify their respective clients. Learned advocates further state that the terms of compromise are notarized.
