The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in Civil Application No.109 of 2018, the legal heir of appellant No.2 Sou. Rangoobai w/o Pandurang Puyed is already brought on record as appellant No.1, as such no steps are required to be taken to bring legal heirs of appellant No.2 on record.

Accordingly, the order dated 11/01/2017, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in respect of abatement of the appeal against appellant No.2, is set aside. The Civil application No.8868 of 2022 is allowed by condoning the delay of 1794 days caused in filing the application. The said civil application is disposed of. 3.

List the main matter on 21/07/2023.
