Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The bare allegation against the applicant is that he slapped the injured. However, subsequently the injured has improved the statement making allegation against the applicant that he also assaulted him with knife. His improved statement is subject to the test before the trial Court. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SUSHANT SUNIL GHORPADE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of

948-BA.2013-22.odt Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.381 of 2022, registered by Police Station Chandanzira, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
