Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. for the respondent No.1/State and the learned counsel for respondent No.2/victim.

Perused the allegations levelled against the applicant. There is delay of 21 days in lodging the report. It appears that there was quarrel as regards the allegations. The applicant is languishing behind bar since 02.11.2022. The investigation is likely to be completed. In the interest of all, facts and circumstances are not reproduced here. However, the applicant deserves bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

Balasaheb Lamkhade, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.0884 of 2022 registered with Parner Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 9(m), 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall stay away from the place of his residence from six months from the date of the release. (iii) In the event the applicant pressurizes the witnesses and the family members of the victim, the prosecution will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail. (S. G.
