Mr. Awate, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to delete the respondent No. 2. Leave granted.

Issue notice to respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 3.

One of the grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has filed application before the Hon'ble Minister for implementation of the order. The same was heard on 14.09.2016,

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, if the same is pending, then the Hon'ble Minister would decide the same, on its own merits.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 6.

The Hon'ble Minister before whom hearing has taken place on the application of the petitioner shall decide the same, if not already decided, on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
