Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGP for State.

Vide order passed on 28th November, 2017 and 29th November, 2017 in respective matters, time of four weeks was granted to the applicants to remove the office objections. However, the same could not be removed within the stipulated period and hence the present applications are filed seeking time to remove the office objections and for condoning the delay in moving the BDV

Though learned AGP has opposed for allowing the applications, for the reasons stated in the applications, i am inclined to allow the present applications, of course, by imposing some costs on the applicants. Hence, the following order,

ORDER

i.

The applicants shall remove the office objections within next two weeks.

ii.

The applicants shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- in each of the aforesaid matters. The deposit of the costs is condition precedent.

iii.

Both the civil applications stand disposed of. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ...
