Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of their amount of compensation. The learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that exorbitant compensation has been granted by the learned reference court.

However, it appears that the acquiring body has deposited only 75% amount of the impugned award alongwith the interest and therefore the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
