For the reasons set out in the application, delay of 403 days for bringing the legal representatives of original respondent No.6 on record is condoned subject to the applicants depositing costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) with the Advocates' Association, Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad Bench, within a period of 3 (three) weeks from today.
